An in-house tool we use to evaluate a variety of things like ICC profiles, color-fastness, coatings, etc.
 
Simply print it out, using whatever paper and settings you wish to test, and use any spectrophotomer to read back in the results and compare them to values printed on the sheet.
 
You can then use http://colormine.org/delta-e-calculator to calculate the Delta e values to get the color difference.
